About Your Coach

My background

I am a life and work coach who helps clients overcome obstacles to moving forward. I completed the University of California, Davis professional coaching certification program and received an International Coaching Federation (ICF) professional certified coach (PCC) credential.

I am also a certified change management practitioner with decades of experience developing others.

I’ve experienced change, transition, and challenging times in my own life, and have personally benefited from being coached.

What people don’t know about me

Most people don’t know that I am a lifelong learner, was a University of California Master Gardener, am an introvert and selectively social, or that I once joined Toastmaster’s to improve my public speaking skills. They may not know that as a young girl, I had a fear of heights and continue to overcome my fear with encouragement from others, and by challenging myself in different ways (e.g. climbing up a high wooden ladder to see ancient ruins in New Mexico, hot air balloon ride above Napa wine country, hiking to the edge of a cliff to see beautiful scenery).

Fun Fact: I have a PEZ dispenser collection in the attic (which includes all the super-heroes).

Pam is an incredibly kind, understanding, and thoughtful coach. She truly listened and helped me work through important life decisions. She used an assessment, along with coaching, that made me more aware of how I show up for others, and how my outward persona sometimes differs from my internal needs. I shared the results with my leader as a tool to best support me as an employee. The time with Pam was a worthwhile investment that continues to shine as an inspirational and pivotal moment for me.
